Where does FELLA SWIM ship and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. For orders below this amount, a flat rate fee is applied at checkout depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags intact.
How should I care for my swimwear to ensure longevity?
To preserve the quality of our high-end Italian fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent after every use. Avoid rough surfaces, harsh chemicals, and do not tumble dry.
Are duties and taxes included in the order total?
For international orders, duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery, depending on your country's customs regulations.
