Returns & Exchanges

FELLA SWIM offers returns for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all swim pieces are unworn and unwashed, then securely pack them in their original packaging with all designer labels attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
